Acceptance. Use of Treks Transportation services, including its website at www.treks-transportation.com (the “Website”), online reservation services (the “Services”), and the Treks Mobile Application (the “Mobile App”), are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (“Terms of Use”), which incorporate Treks’ Privacy Policy by reference.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR MOBILE APP. By using the Website, Services, or Mobile App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Website, Services, or Mobile App on behalf of a business entity, by doing so, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the business entity to these Terms of Use. “You” refers to both the individual using the Website, Services, or Mobile App and any business entity on whose behalf you may be acting. Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, Treks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the Mobile App on a device you own. You may not:
- Resell or distribute the Mobile App.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Mobile App.
- Reverse-engineer the Mobile App to build competitive services.
- Launch automated programs or scripts that could hinder the performance of the Website, Services, or Mobile App.
User ID, Password, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password and for any activities conducted under your account. Notify Treks immediately of unauthorized use of your account. Treks is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
